Things here are going pretty well. I still do not have a laptop, but Bob has just informed me that he might be able to order it at some point this week. This would indeed be awesome, because while I am glad I can do everything on my phone, some things are a pain in the ass. Like typing. Also, the fact that I can only do one thing at a time on the phone. It could of course be worse, like I could not have the phone, so I will not really complain. Thanksgiving ended up being a lot of fun. My dad got to meet Bob's mom for the first time, and it went really well. Lacey was even there for it, and she got along with everyone as well. I figured I would invite her, because we were in the process of catching up again, and she did not have anywhere to go. More the first though. Lacey and also to hang out a couple of weeks previous to Thanksgiving. That was a lot of fun as well. We went to a Christmas party that Saturday night, then went close shopping that Monday. She got to meet a lot of Bob's and my friends, and it was just a good night. The two of us also did some trading of clothes and jewelry. That is something that we have done on and off throughout our friendship, so we enjoyed that greatly. I'm hoping that Lacey and I can start hanging out on a more normal basis once she's back from her trip. I don't want to become all clingy a about the whole thing, but at the same time" I don't want any miscommunications to happen either. Guess we'll just have to see what happens.
I've just been reading a lot, and watching things on Netflix, when not hanging out with Bob. I discovered a book called The Carrie Diaries, as well as the tv show, and I liked both the book and show a lot. Ow show a bit better than the book though, I think. There's a season two on tv, it seems, so I'll have to wait until it comes out on Netflix before watching it. Bob and I actually watched an episode of it the other day, and while I still liked it, I think he was confused, since he hadn't watched the show from the very beginning, like I had. That was pretty thoughtful of him, and if he wants to watch the show with me, I won't say no.
I almost forgot Totally unrelated, the day after Thanksgiving, Bob his mom, her boyfriend, and I went to see a live production of "A Christmas Carrol." I hadn't seen it before, but I knew the story, thanks to the disney album I had, so i wasn't totally lost. There was an organ player before the show started, and I'd thought of both my former music teacher, and my friend Jamie since they both like such things.
I think we're as up to date as we can be for now, so I'll post this entry. If it actually posts, I'll update much more often.
